Cancellation policy

• · 24-hour cancellation policy: please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment — you can do this yourself from your private booking link.
• · Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur half of the consultation fee, as the time is held just for your child.
• · If you are running late, message us on WhatsApp; we will keep your slot where we can, though the session may finish at the planned time.
